Our Spring Menu is now being served, celebrating the very best of the season and the outstanding produce we’re lucky to have here in Yorkshire. Thoughtfully created by Head Chef Andrew Heward and Sous Chef Ronan Weatherill, the menu brings together fresh ingredients, bold flavours and a few Cecil’s favourites.

We’re also very pleased to have welcomed back our much-loved Sunday Lunches, which have already filled the restaurant with the wonderful atmosphere that makes Sundays at the Weston so special.

We remain incredibly proud that Cecil’s has retained its AA Rosette for 2025. Achieving this within our first year of opening – and continuing to hold it – is a real testament to the dedication, creativity and consistency of our kitchen and restaurant team.

As always, our menus are rooted in locality – from fresh fish delivered by Yorkshire Seafoods to carefully sourced meats and vegetables from nearby farms and butchers – all prepared with care, creativity and respect for the ingredient.
