 It’s been a brilliant start to 2025 here at The Weston Hotel, with lots to celebrate and even more on the horizon. We’re proud to share that we’ve been awarded a Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Award – placing us among the top 10% of hotels worldwide for consistently delivering great service. A huge thank you to all our guests for your kind reviews – and to our wonderful team who make it all happen.

We’ve also been busy behind the scenes, with renovations to our Bay Seaview Bedrooms now complete, and upgrades to our bar area giving the hotel a fresh, welcoming feel while preserving its original charm. And with more improvements underway, we’re always looking for ways to make your stay that little bit more special.

As an independent, family-run hotel perched on Scarborough’s prestigious Esplanade, The Weston combines warm Yorkshire hospitality with spectacular views over South Bay. Our Victorian building is home to 32 en-suite bedrooms – 18 of which offer breathtaking views from Scarborough Castle to Cayton Bay – giving you a true taste of the coast.

We’re perfectly placed for seaside strolls and coastal adventures, just opposite the cliff lift and within easy reach of the Scarborough Spa complex. Whether you’re walking the Cleveland Way, cycling the Cinder Track or soaking up the sunshine with a good book, there’s something here for everyone.

In the kitchen, Cecil’s Seaview Restaurant continues to celebrate the best of Yorkshire’s seasonal produce, earning an AA Rosette in 2024 and plenty of praise from returning guests.
